Your VIBE is the core essence of you. It is your inner music. The song of your soul. VIBE sessions connect you to your full voice and help you tune into your intuition.

Have you always felt like a rock star on the inside, but don’t know how to show it on the outside? Do you have panic attacks before you hit the stage? Do you have vocal tension that never seems to resolve? I get it. BEEN there.
It’s time to nourish your nervous system so you can be a clear channel for your vocal vibe. I integrate holistic vocal pedagogy, IFS, and somatic stress release. I work with singers and artists who want to heal themselves while changing the world.

Evolution Track
Do you feel like your voice is misunderstood in the world? Has singing always felt unsafe or not yours to claim? Do you crave a deeper understanding of yourself outside of what neuronormative therapy has to offer?
Fear not! I am a neuroqueer mystic who believes that singing is just the beginning. Music is the portal to your divinity. I help you use singing as a spiritual practice, integrating holistic vocal pedagogy, somatic stress release, IFS, tarot and astrology.

Are you feeling stuck in your music making? Creatively blocked? It’s time to zoom out and see the big picture. I help you take a peak at your Vocal Vibe through embodied astrology, numerology, and human design.
I highlight your unique voice, style, and soul story to help you see your own magic. You will receive a recorded Art Chart and a personalized Vocal Vibe Rx to navigate creative blocks including vocal warm ups, somatic practices, and a card reading.

At Voice (R)evolution we prioritize creating a musical space for our Chicago community. Join us every month for a revolving door of local musical acts! Each month we feature three singer-songwriters from around the town and enjoy music in an intimate setting. Whether it’s a cozy indoor crowd or a backyard summer bash, Chicago musicians are here to bring the vibes.

Inner Family Band Jam
Our inner family band members rock so hard for us - sometimes, they need a little tune up to re-harmonize the noise. When we are able to sing from a Self-led place, our Vocal Vibe begins to thrive. It resounds even clearer with the support of community.
Our gatherings start with meditation, a card read, and somatic vocal flow. Share your feelings, creative works, songs, or poems. We'll conclude by learning a protest song together. Pre-registration required.

Open Heart Open Mic
Singing in front of others got your nervous system feeling… NERVOUS? Join us every month for our in-person Open Heart Open Mic! Through collective co-regulation and song-sharing, we will encourage vocal confidence and balance. Nervous system resiliency takes practice and community support. Come practice in an atmosphere where all parts of you are welcome and your voice can vibe.
